Postdoctoral Scholar Positions in Biomolecular Electronics - Laboratory for Cephalopod-inspired Materials
The UC Irvine Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering invites applicants for up to three postdoctoral scholar positions (Level 0 – 3), in the Gorodetsky Group. The position requires a doctorate in biological engineering, chemical engineering, molecular and cellular biology or related fields at time of hire. There are multiple openings for applicants with expertise in cell biology, cellular engineering and bioelectronics, broadly defined. Expertise with mammalian cell culture, specifically within the context of bioelectronic devices, is preferred.
The UCI Department of Biomedical Engineering in the Samueli School of Engineering is currently accepting applications for postdoctoral scholars to join Professor Naomi Chesler’s lab (http://CheslerLab.org) to study the biomechanics and mechanobiology of pulmonary hypertension and right ventricular failure.
