Specialists in Advanced Power and Energy Program at the Samueli School of Engineering

$51,300 - $181,800, salary is commensurate with qualifications and years of experience.

The Advanced Power and Energy Program anticipates openings for all levels of the specialist series. Applications are being sought from graduates with backgrounds in mechanical or aerospace engineering. Applicants must have a proven track record of research. Positions are dependent on extramural funding and research contracts of individual principal investigators. The positions may be full-time or part-time and may be without salary.

Postdoctoral Scholars - Advanced Power and Energy Program at the Samueli School of Engineering

$60,000 - $71,952, salary is commensurate with qualifications and years of experience.

The Advanced Power and Energy Program (APEP) in the Samueli School of Engineering is anticipating openings of postdoctoral scholar positions from the basic science of energy (e.g., electrochemistry, combustion kinetics) to applied energy research (e.g., fuel cells, gas turbines, smart grids).

These positions require a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, environmental engineering, and/or aerospace engineering.
