Researchers from the University of California, Irvine (UCI) have unveiled a groundbreaking technology that turns everyday clothing into a medium for digital communication and interaction with nearby electronic devices.

The Henry Samueli School of Engineering
Founded as the School of Engineering in 1965 with just three faculty members and 75 students declaring engineering majors; the school today serves more than 4,000 students (3,119 undergraduates and 898 graduates) enrolled in 12 undergraduate degree majors and 10 graduate degree programs. The school was renamed The Henry Samueli School of Engineering in 1999 after Samueli, co-founder, chairman and chief technical officer of Broadcom Inc., made a generous donation.

Greenhouse gas emissions and other atmospheric pollution from human causes tend to increase the frequency of drought, the intensity of drought and the maximum duration of drought worldwide.
Some Iranian officials have tended to blame the weather – droughts and rising temperatures. But others concede that policy has had a major impact. Water management in the basin “has played the central role in the lake’s demise,” says Soroosh Sorooshian, director of the Center for Hydrometeorology and Remote Sensing at the University of California, Irvine.

To be fully considered for admission and financial support, applicants need to complete their application by the deadline of January 15th for Fall admission. Applications for which all supporting materials (TOEFL or IELTS scores, reference letters, transcripts, etc.) have been received by January 31st will receive first consideration.
Jack Brouwer, director of the National Fuel Cell Research Center at the University of California, Irvine, said that hydrogen would ultimately need to be made using renewable energy to produce what the industry calls green hydrogen, which uses renewable energy to split water into its constituent parts, hydrogen and oxygen.
