“Who’s Who in Science and Engineering” Honors Samueli School Recipient

Harut Barsamian chosen for his outstanding achievements in engineering research

Harut Barsamian, adjunct professor of electrical engineering and computer science, was recently selected by the 2006-07 edition of the Marquis “Who’s Who in Science and Engineering” publication for his research accomplishments and continual contributions to the engineering field.


Barsamian, whose research interests include computer architecture and massive parallel computing, was recognized for outstanding achievement in his field, and his significant contributions to society.  In recent years, Barsamian has organized and conducted a graduate level colloquium course for EECS students. 


“Who’s Who” has been recognizing influential individuals and leaders in specific fields of study for more than 100 years.
