- Deadline to submit Filing Fee Form
- Deadline to submit Leave of Absence Request
- Absolute deadline to pay fees and enroll to avoid loss of student status

- Deadline to submit enrollment exception requests to Drop Courses without receiving a “W”
Friday, December 8
- Deadline to submit enrollment exception requests to Drop Courses with a “W”
- Deadline to submit final M.S. Degree Conferral to graduate at the end of Fall 2023
- Comprehensive exam students – Departments will submit the necessary paperwork
- Thesis students - this is also the absolute deadline to submit the thesis to the University Archives
- Deadline to submit Ph.D. Form II to graduate at the end of Fall 2023
Friday, December 15
- Deadline to submit M.S. Advancement to Candidacy to advance in Fall 2023
- Deadline to submit the Ph.D. Form I to advance in Fall 2023 and/or obtain the Non-Resident Tuition Reduction
Friday, December 22
- Deadline to submit M.S. Degree Conferral to graduate with a “winter quarter degree, no fees”
- This means that students receive a winter degree without paying fees or being enrolled in the Winter quarter
- Comprehensive exam students – Departments will submit the necessary paperwork
- Thesis students - this is also the absolute deadline to submit the thesis to the University Archives
- Deadline to submit Ph.D. Form II to graduate with a “winter quarter degree, no fees”
- This means that students receive a winter degree without paying fees or being enrolled in the Winter quarter
