Engineering Faculty Take Home Best Paper Award

De Flaviis and Li receive a best paper award at the 2005 International Telemetry Conference

Nov. 7, 2005 – The Henry Samueli School of Engineering’s Franco De Flaviis, associate professor of electrical engineering and computer science, and G.P. Li, professor of chemical engineering and materials science, and the director of the Integrated Nanosystems Research Facility; have received a best paper award at the 2005 International Telemetry Conference for their paper entitled “Reconfigurable Patch Antenna for Frequency Diversity with High Frequency Ratio (1.6:1).”
