MESA Program School Featured on Premier of New NBC Show
Middle school affiliated with UC Irvine's MESA program to be featured on "School Pride"
Tonight, NBC will premiere a new series called "School Pride," which takes a school in need and gives it an "extreme makeover." One of the schools affiliated with UC Irvine's MESA program, Enterprise Middle School in Compton, was chosen for the premier episode. Additionally, one of UC Irvine's MESA students, Angel Gutierrez, and a MESA advisor, Rogelio Soriano, are featured. Click here to see a preview of tonight's show.
