Postdoctoral Scholar with Professor Diego Rosso

The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at UC Irvine invites applications for a postdoctoral scholar position.

The postdoctoral scholar position is in the area of pilot testing and process/energy modeling of water reuse processes. The candidate must possess experience in the field of data analytics and be familiar with the practical aspects of water reuse pilots. This position includes both modeling and lab/field research.

This position requires a doctorate in civil, environmental or chemical engineering, or a related field. The preferred candidate should have experience in process modeling as well as good written and oral communication skills and demonstrate a strong research publication record. The candidate will join Professor Diego Rosso’s research group to perform ongoing projects supported by federal and private funded sources.

Initial appointment will be for a 12-month period, renewable subject to performance and continuation of project funding.
