The UC Irvine Department of Biomedical Engineering (BME) in the Samueli School of Engineering is anticipating openings in the Laboratory for Fluorescence Dynamics for postdoctoral scholar positions (Levels I-IV). 

Requirements:  The department is seeking qualified candidates to pursue specialized research to develop novel imaging techniques for the study of biological systems, specifically in analysis of protein dynamics in cells. Positions will be focused on the development of fluorescence methods and instrumentation techniques.

The UCI Department of Biomedical Engineering (BME) in the Samueli School of Engineering is currently accepting applications for a postdoctoral scholar to join the laboratory of Professor Jered Haun. The project focuses on developing microfluidic devices for processing various organs and tissues into cellular suspensions for diagnostic and therapeutic applications. Samples will be obtained from both animal and humans and will include normal and disease samples.

Liu. Individuals will carry out a fully funded project aimed at in vitro reconstitution of a DNA replication system that the Liu Lab studies. Because significant progress on this project has already been made, we will also consider applicants who would like to do a short (~1-2 year) postdoc.
