About the Speaker:
Jackie Patterson is a civil engineer with more than 20 years of experience as a consulting engineer. She is a registered professional engineer in California and six other states.  Patterson’s background includes project management, engineering design and construction management of light rail, heavy rail, commuter rail and freight rail projects. 

She has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in civil engineering from Concordia University in Montreal. Prior to founding J.L. Patterson & Associates, Patterson worked for a large Los Angeles based company where she performed project-engineering services for light rail and heavy rail projects.
